Is your team struggling and frustrated with multiple software packages that don’t work well together?

We can stabilise and improve the quality of your existing software or rewrite your platform entirely to increase efficiency in your team.

We deliver a bespoke, tailored process that works for the client. Taking time to understand our clients’ needs helps us to develop optimum solutions.

How can we future proof yesterday's innovation for today?

We know that you had a great idea and you were fortunate to find that special someone to build the dream. Only thing is, your business has grown and changed and that small inhouse team are drowning in code and you suspect that what you are asking for is never going to be delivered.

Remember back in February 2020 when more than 100 flights to and from London’s Heathrow airport were disrupted? Technical issues affected departure boards and check-in systems, leaving passengers with little information about their flights and limiting the use of electronic tickets. Just imagine the frustration caused to the end user!

As a result your team is frustrated and, even worse, after multiple technology failures they have stopped using it. Everyone blames the technology when things go wrong, even though you know that it’s not always to blame.

The challenge is, most systems are right at the time, but technological advancements in software and scale are not considered.

What you are left with is a system that has had multiple features developed (none of them work brilliantly) and a whole load of code and money that appears to have been wasted.

Di9ital are experts when it comes to understanding legacy systems and working with you start to build in the processes needed for scale: prioritising what is needed in the short-term by fixing the ‘vitals’ now, planning the mid term by prioritising features and then putting a long term plan in place. This allows you to either develop new components for your existing system or develop a new one whilst keeping your existing software working.

Maintenance Case Study - Shine

Shine provide high quality, safely organised childcare for local families. The company was formed from a merger between a sports coaching arm and an after school club. Each had their own web systems which were unified then developed by different companies using different code bases. As Shine grew, the overall complexities increased and the system had become increasingly unreliable. Shine approached us for a solution.

Despite all the different code, all the data within the system had to work together, for example, notes on the children’s health conditions from the booking system had to be automatically added to all the coaches’ activity registers.

Nine reasons why you need a team to maintain your software:

You know that your service and offering can be better

You are dealing more than ever with customer complaints

The person that serviced the system has moved on, or even retired

You actually don’t trust it can do what it is supposed to do.

You have no roadmap or plan for the future of the system

It’s slow and continually breaks and support is hard to get hold of

You have invested thousands but feel you’re not getting the value you deserve

You need to modernise the look and feel as everything looks dated and ugly

You are not technical and need to make changes without the knowledge
